The Sennen Starfish Necklace is a stunning piece that captures the natural beauty of the Cornish coast. Crafted from high-quality sterling silver, this necklace is cast from a Common Star (Asteria Rubens) found on Whitesands Beach in Sennen Cove, West Cornwall.
The intricate detail and texture of the necklace perfectly captures the essence of the original starfish. Every curve and contour is expertly preserved, making the piece a true work of art.
The necklace also holds historical significance. Sennen Cove is a historic fishing village with a small working harbour and lifeboat house, founded back in 1853. It is said to have been named after the saint who founded the parish church, an Irish missionary who founded many churches along the Cornish coast.
The necklace comes with a fine sterling silver 18-inch chain, and the price includes free P&P within the UK, along with gift wrapping in a padded envelope and first-class postage.
