Postage and packing:
All orders are delivered through Royal Mail.
- Standard UK delivery is free, and 1st Class Signed For UK delivery is £3.60. Please allow 7-10 days. We also offer Next Day UK Delivery, but can only offer this if the product is in stock. Please contact Niki before purchasing items with Next Day Delivery to ensure the item is in stock.
- Delivery to Europe is Tracked & Signed For and costs £9. Please allow 10 – 14 days.
- International delivery is Tracked & Signed For and costs £10 and may take 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Note: Natural Silver is a small producer so if your order is urgent (e.g. for a special occasion) please contact Niki Green to check that delivery is possible in the time available.
Return Policy
If there is a problem with your order, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
